How to pay

Debit / Credit Cards

Credit card payments are done within the client area.

Select Billing > My Invoices > Select the unpaid invoice and continue with your payment.

To continue with a recurring card subscription you can select Add Card (recurring) on any unpaid invoice with Payment Method: Credit Card in your client area.

The Pay Now (once-off) option on an unpaid invoice is to pay for the invoice via credit card but will not be recording for a recurring credit card payment method.

PayPal

PayPal payments are done within the client area.

Select Billing > My Invoices > and locate the unpaid invoice. Click on the invoice number to open it and ensure PayPal is selected as the payment method. Then, click the Pay Now button to proceed.

To set up a recurring PayPal subscription, you can select the Subscribe option on any unpaid invoice with Payment Method: PayPal in your client area.

The Pay Now option allows for a one-time PayPal payment without creating a recurring subscription.

Bank Transfer

  1. Go to Billing > My Invoices and open the unpaid invoice.
  2. Note the Bank Account Details provided on the invoice.
  3. Make the payment via your bank using the details provided. Include the Invoice Number as the payment reference to ensure proper allocation.
  4. Once the transfer is complete, send the payment confirmation (e.g., receipt or transaction ID) to the billing team for verification.

The invoice status will be updated to Paid after the payment is verified.

M-PESA

  1. Go to Billing > My Invoices > and select the unpaid invoice.
  2. Note the Paybill Number and Account Reference displayed on the invoice.
  3. Open the M-Pesa menu on your mobile phone and select Lipa na M-Pesa > Paybill.
  4. Enter the provided Paybill Number and Account Reference.
  5. Input the amount, confirm the details, and complete the payment.

After payment, the invoice status in the client area will update to Paid.
